Tickets are sold to the purchaser by Charlies Stores Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 01761459.
Charlies Stores Ltd does not accept responsibility for the loss of these tickets. Tickets are personal to the ticket holder and are non-transferable.
All events/performances will continue in wet weather and will only be abandoned in extreme conditions.
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged unless the ticket holder is legally entitled to a refund or exchange (for example if the event is significantly different from advertised or where the event is cancelled).
Charlies Stores Ltd may:
- refuse admission or require ticket holders to leave Charlies Stores Ltd property if in its reasonable opinion the ticket holder may cause harm to him or herself or any third party, Charlies Stores Ltd property or reputation or third parties’ enjoyment of Charlies Stores Ltd property;
- refuse the admittance or use of recording or video equipment at the premises;
- amend the programme without notice in circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
Latecomers may not be admitted. Dogs other than Guide Dogs are not permitted at any events.
