Friday 4^th May – Welshpool farmers market.

Sunday 6^th & Monday 7^th May –  Food and Craft Festival.

Back due to popular demand is our Food Festival, but this time with some local craft stalls too! 

See over 35 local food producers and craftsmen over this bank holiday weekend from delicious cheeses to handmade luxury chocolate and toffee. And hopefully it will be a day to want to quench your thirst with a nice cold local cider.  If it is something unique you are looking for there is plenty of choice within our distinctive and original craft stalls that are coming along.

Plus TV chef Malcolm Harradine will be hosting cookery demonstrations and Dee Hardwicke a fine arts ceramicist will be in store demonstrating her work. 

On Sunday 6th we also have hanging basket demonstrations at 11am and 3pm!

There is also Petro the Clown on Sunday and free face painting for the kids on Monday!

Monday 7th May - Tanatside Pony Club team show jumping event

Saturday 12^th May  – Welshpool Livestock Sales Collective Machinery Sale. Sale starts at 9.30am, viewing from 7am

Plus horse and rider event in the Country Store. Speak to experts from leading brands, win prizes and take advantage of special event offers!

Friday 1^st to Wednesday 6^th June – Camping, caravan holiday home and bbq show.

Get special event offers on tents, camping accessories and bbqs! See our range of tents and bbqs on display and speak to experts from leading camping and bbq brands. Salop Leisure are also with us showcasing selected models of caravan holiday homes!

Wednesday 6^th to Friday 8^th June - Close encounters of an animal kind (12noon) & falconry demonstration (2.30pm) in our Pets and Aquatics department.

Saturday 9^th June – Free face painting in store.

Saturday 30^th June – Montgomeryshire Vintage Club Jamboree in aid of Lupus UK & Wales Air Ambulance. 10am to 5pm. See vintage cars, ,motorbikes, tractors, buses, lorries and lots more!                               

Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust will also be at Coed-y-dinas with fun children's activities and wildlife information!
